Fairchase Outfitters is a trophy deer hunting operation located in the top producing counties of Minnesota; Winona County and Houston County have long been known for rugged bluff country, fertile soil, and record book whitetail bucks. You don't have to go all the way to Canada to hunt trophy whitetails! Fairchase Outfitters manages over 4000 acres of contiguous bluff country. Big bucks can grow old because Fair Chase Outfitters manages a contiguous tract of land. The trophy buck potential is as good here as anywhere. Our deer hunts are archery only.

Redmond has been hunting whitetails for over 25 years and knows that too much pressure on trophy bucks makes them hard to hunt.
